At Toee Tire, we are committed not only to delivering top-quality products and services but also to understanding how various factors influence our business. Recently, we conducted a detailed analysis of our sales data for the years 2022 and 2023, exploring the correlations between weather conditions (temperature, rainfall, and snowfall) and sales volumes. These analyses have provided us with some intriguing insights, which we are excited to share with you all.

Analysis for 2022:

March to July (Spring and Summer):

  • Maximum Temperature showed a correlation coefficient of 0.092955 with sales, indicating a slight positive correlation.
  • Minimum Temperature had a correlation coefficient of 0.121001, also suggesting a slight positive correlation.
  • No significant correlation was found with Total Precipitation or Total Snowfall.

August to December (Fall and Winter):

  • Maximum Temperature and sales exhibited a correlation coefficient of -0.36434, indicating a moderate negative correlation.
  • Minimum Temperature had a correlation coefficient of -0.402973, also indicating a moderate negative correlation.
  • Similar to spring and summer, no significant correlation was found with Total Precipitation or Total Snowfall for fall and winter.

Analysis for 2023:

March to July (Spring and Summer):

  • Maximum Temperature had a correlation coefficient of 0.193066 with sales, indicating a slight positive correlation.
  • Minimum Temperature showed a correlation coefficient of 0.123255, also indicating a slight positive correlation.
  • Total Precipitation had a correlation coefficient of -0.072561 with sales, showing a very slight negative correlation.

August to December (Fall and Winter):

  • Maximum Temperature had a correlation coefficient of 0.080435 with sales, indicating a slight positive correlation.
  • Minimum Temperature showed a correlation coefficient of 0.143055, also suggesting a slight positive correlation.
  • No significant correlation was found with Total Precipitation or Total Snowfall for fall and winter.

Conclusion:

These analysis results reveal intriguing links between sales and weather conditions. While some correlations have been identified, it is important to note that correlation does not imply causation, and sales fluctuations are likely influenced by a variety of other factors. Our goal is to continuously understand and adapt to market changes to better serve our customers.

We hope these insights provide some interesting information and give our clients a deeper understanding of the dynamics of our business. Thank you for your continued support and trust!
