Policy (Terms and Conditions)
I.INTRODUCING TOEE TIRE VIP POINTS, AND REWARD COUPONS
The Toee Tire dealer VIP program ("VIP Program" or "Dealer Program") is a rewards program offered by Toee Tire North America Inc., and its affiliate "Toee Tire", "us" or "Ours" in Canada. This Member Agreement, as well as all additional policies, terms and conditions referenced and incorporated throughout, all of which may be amended from time-to-time (collectively, the "Terms"), contain information about the relationship between you and Toee Tire with respect to the program.
II.GENERAL
By enrolling in, accessing, or otherwise participating in, the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally accept to be bound by the Terms. Toee Tire reserves the right to modify these Terms, without further notice or compensation to you, and you waive any right to receive specific individual notice of such modifications. Any updates to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting at toeetire.com/pages/rewards-page and your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance to such modifications. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Toee Tire and each business who enrolls or otherwise participates in the Program. Accordingly, you expressly represent and warrant that you are eligible for the Program (as described below) and will otherwise comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms now or at any point in the future or you become ineligible for the Program, please contact us at 905-337-8266 ext 1001 to opt out. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms and conditions of any other agreement you may have with Toee Tire for other products or services, including the VIP Customer Agreement, and the VIP Customer Program, or Toee Tire's Policies and Procedures. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions and also governs your participation in VIP Points. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how Toee Tire collects, uses, and discloses information about customers, how to update or change your personal information, and how we communicate with you.
III. ELIGIBILITY
The Program is only open to all automobile related business that located in Canada where Toee Tire conducts business and is an existing Toee Tire VIP Customer. Effective March 31, 2022
- General.
- Each Toee Tire VIP Dealers is limited to one Program account, and only one Program account may be associated with a single email address.
- Bulk order discount or existing promotion discount products will not generate VIP Points
- Your VIP Points and Reward Coupons cannot be transferred, traded, auction, or sold.
- VIP Points is intended for the business use only. Personal use is prohibited.
- Individual or other entities are ineligible to participate in the Program. Toee Tire may disqualify any such entity discovered to be in the Program, which may include forfeiture of previously issued but unused rewards, discounts, or coupons.
- ENROLLMENT
- The following dealers will be automatically enrolled into the Program on March 31, 2022:
(1) Existing VIP Customers who have an active discount.
(2) VIP Customers who have fulfilled the orders in the past year (annual spending of CAD $1,000 or more).
- All purchases prior to March 31, 2022, will not be counted towards or applied to the VIP Points.
- ABOUT VIP POINTS
VIP Points is one way in which Toee Tire endeavors to reward and thank loyal VIP Customers for patronizing our business and purchasing Toee Tire products.
Toee Tire VIP Customers can earn and accumulate "Points" that can be converted into coupon at a ratio of 100 points to $1
- Minimum Reward coupon redeem amount: There is minimum qualifying purchase of 1,000 points required to redeem a $10 Reward Coupon at least 1,000 points per redemption
Final costs of Qualifying Purchases of a Regular Order are calculated after all discounts are applied. Purchases of a Flash Sales and Promotions do not qualify for the redemption. If Toee Tire products from a Qualified Purchase that earns VIP Points is subsequently returned or price adjusted, the balance of the VIP Points previously earned will be reduced to reflect any unearned value. The previously earned Reward Coupon is non-refundable.
