Toee Tire is a B2B tire and rim distributor that caters exclusively to businesses in the automobile industry. To open an account, provide your business card and HST number for verification. For full details, visit our account setup guide.

You can conveniently place your orders through our website using your account. Alternatively, call our office at 905-337-8266 and press 1 to place a manual order. We highly recommend ordering through the website to avoid waiting time on the phone.

Yes! Select the 'Pick up' option when placing your order online, or call us in advance to arrange a pickup. We will have your order ready when you arrive.

Use our Tire Size Calculator at the bottom of our website to find a compatible alternative. A size difference within 3% will fit the same rim without issues.

If no alternative works for you, let us know and we will add it to our next procurement order. Please note new arrivals may take up to two months.

Order tracking updates and promotional emails may land in your Promotions tab rather than your Primary inbox. Please check there first.

We announce promotions on our website and via email. Be sure to check your Promotions email folder so you do not miss any deals.

The market already has ample distributors for premium brands. Our focus is delivering the best quality at the most affordable prices by carefully selecting and vetting all of our manufacturing partners.

We offer two programs:

  • Dealer VIP Program — Earn points on every purchase and redeem them for discounts and special offers.
  • Bulk Order Discount — Tiered discounts up to 8% based on order volume.

Shipping 8 questions

We offer two options: free delivery within the GTA area, or in-store pickup.

Delivery is free within our service area. A 10% delivery surcharge applies only when ordering a single tire.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered the next business day.
  • If the nearest Toee Tire warehouse does not have your item in stock, allow one additional business day.
  • Rush orders are available — please specify when placing your order.

Shipping times may vary by location and other factors.

An estimated arrival time is emailed to your account when our driver departs the warehouse. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address.

We deliver with our own fleet across: Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Milton, Waterdown, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, North York, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Vaughan.

Rush orders are available in most cases. However, during peak seasons (April, May, October, November) we may not be able to guarantee rush delivery. Call us to confirm availability before placing a rush order.

Yes — we require proof of delivery to confirm safe receipt. If you are unavailable, please arrange for someone to accept on your behalf.

If you cannot receive the delivery, call us in advance and we will be happy to reschedule.

Warranty & Returns 12 questions

The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials during the life of the original usable tread, or 1 year from the date of purchase — whichever comes first.

Up to 1 year from date of purchase, or until 10,000 km of tread wear — whichever occurs first.

We offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Products damaged or faulty on delivery — 100% refund.
  • Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Mounted tires are not eligible.
  • Email info@toeetire.com (subject: 'Returns') with your order number, name, and reason — or call 905-337-8266.
  • Drop-off or arranged pickup available.
  • Once received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation and refund status email.
  • Approved refunds are credited to your account.

We offer a free replacement or full return for any purchase damaged due to a material or manufacturing defect. For full details, see our Warranty Information page.

Present your tires and vehicle to Toee Tire or an authorized dealer, complete the Toee Tire Claim Form on our website, and email it to info@toeetire.com with photos of the issue.

Registration is not required. Toee Tire warranties automatically apply to all tires purchased from us that have a complete Tire Identification Number (DOT#).

No — warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.

The warranty does not cover: mileage, uneven or rapid tread wear from failure to rotate tires, damage from incorrect mounting, misuse, external causes (fire, theft, road hazards), ozone or weather cracking after 1 year, or other exclusions outlined in the full policy.

We do not currently offer a warranty extension option.

Contact us directly with your purchase details and Tire Identification Number (DOT#) to verify your warranty status.

Yes — improper repair materials or procedures can void the warranty, particularly if they cause additional damage to the tire.

Billing & Payments 6 questions

Choose your preferred method at checkout:

  • All major secure online payments accepted.
  • Offline payments: business cheque, bank draft, or cash.
  • Pay on Delivery — our driver carries a mobile POS terminal.
  • Credit card on file — download the authorization form to set up a stored card.

Note: a currency exchange fee applies for non-CAD payments. A 10% surcharge applies to orders under 2 pieces.

Invoices are sent via email and are also accessible in your online account portal. The delivery driver also carries a paper invoice.

Yes — call 905-337-8266 and press 2 to link a bank account or credit card for automatic billing.

Your payment history is available in your online account under Billing. For a detailed statement, call 905-337-8266 and press 2 — a representative will assist you.

For security reasons, we cannot process card payments verbally over the phone. Instead, complete a credit card authorization form to allow us to charge your card on file. Email transfers via online banking are also accepted.

Request a billing statement first for a full transaction breakdown. If you spot a discrepancy, call 905-337-8266 and press 2 — we will issue a refund, credit note, or resolve the issue promptly.
