Growth and Expansion

2024 has been an exceptional year of growth for Toee Tire!

Our total orders surged by 33%, and net sales experienced a robust 21% increase. This growth was fueled by strategic expansions, including the opening of our brand-new warehouse in North York, allowing us to better serve the rapidly growing Greater Toronto Area market. The launch of our Cambridge warehouse has further enhanced our reach, providing even more convenience to our Ontario customers. While we celebrate these exciting developments, we are also proud to continue thriving from the foundation established by our Oakville warehouse, which remains a key pillar of our business. Looking ahead, we’re excited to further enhance our North York operations to keep up with customer demand and continuously elevate our service standards.

Enhanced Delivery Services

We've taken huge strides in enhancing our delivery capabilities to ensure that our customers receive their products faster and more efficiently. This past winter season, we made significant upgrades to our fleet and expanded our team of drivers, enabling us to meet increased demand and guarantee that all orders were delivered within two days.

Notable additions:

• Fleet Expansion: Added 2 new vehicles.
• Team Growth: Added 2 delivery drivers.

These efforts have solidified our reputation for reliability and reinforced our commitment to customer satisfaction, even during the busiest and harshest seasons.

Market Research and Product Expansion

We are dedicated to providing the best possible options for our customers. In 2024, we conducted in-depth market research to identify high-demand tire models that were hard to find. By importing these sought-after models, we were able to offer affordable, reliable solutions that helped our customers save both time and money.

Additionally, we expanded our product range to include a wider variety of wheels, making Toee Tire a one-stop shop for all our customers' needs.

Website and VIP System Improvements

This year, we made significant improvements to our website, streamlining the online ordering process to make it more user-friendly. As a result, we saw an increase in online purchases, improving overall order efficiency.

In addition, we launched an enhanced VIP System to offer even better service to our loyal customers. Through this system, customers can access exclusive benefits, including special discount coupons to save up to $1,000, ensuring they receive the best possible value.
