If you want to open an account with us, you will need to provide some business information for us to verify your account. This includes your business card and HST number. You can conveniently place your orders through our website using your account. Alternatively, you may call our office at 905-337-8266 and manually place an order by pressing 1. However, we highly recommend ordering through the website to avoid any potential waiting time on the phone.

You can opt for the 'Pick up' option while placing your order online, or you can call us in advance and inform us that you would like to pick up your order. This way, we can have your order ready for you when you arrive.

If you're looking for alternative tire sizes, we've got you covered! You can use our Tire Size Calculator, which can be found at the bottom of our website. This tool will help you find an alternative size that works perfectly for your vehicle. As long as the size difference is within 3%, the tire should fit on the same rim without any issues.

Alternatively, if you can't find the size you need using the calculator, simply let us know and we'll add it to our next procurement order. However, please note that it may take up to two months for the new tires to arrive.

Our email, including order tracking updates, may not appear in your primary mailbox. Instead, check your Promotions tab.

We will update promotions through our websites and email. Be sure to check our email under your email promotion category.

We believe that there are already enough distributors available in the market to supply premium brands. Our main focus is to provide the best quality tires at affordable prices. We carefully compare and select all of our manufacturing partners to ensure that you receive the highest quality tires at the most reasonable prices.

At Toee Tire, we offer two distinct discount programs tailored to our customers' needs: the Dealer VIP Program and the Bulk Order Discount.

The Dealer VIP Program is designed for our most loyal partners, allowing them to earn points with every purchase that can be redeemed for various discounts and special offers. Our Bulk Order Discount caters to those requiring large quantities of tires, providing tiered discounts up to 8% based on the volume of the purchase.

We offer two options: free delivery within the GTA area or pick up.

There is no shipping cost within our delivery range, and a 10% delivery charge applies only when you order a single tire.

An estimated arrival time will be sent to your account email when our driver leaves our warehouse. Please make sure someone will be present at the delivery location.

Please note the following information regarding your orders:

  • All orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next day. 
  •  You can check if there are any additional batch deliveries scheduled in your area.
  • If the Toeetire distribution warehouse nearest to you does not have the inventory for your order, we may require an additional business day to fulfill it. 
  • If you require a rush order, please specify this when placing your order. - Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, shipment method, and other factors.

We ship locally with our own delivery force. Our delivery area includes Oakville/Mississauga/Brampton/Etobicoke/Milton/Waterdown/Hamilton/Stoney Creek/Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge and Guelph/North York/Richmond Hill/Markham

In most cases, we can expedite orders for you. However, during peak seasons such as April, May, October, and November when we receive a high volume of orders, we may not be able to rush any orders. To make sure we can rush your order, I suggest giving us a call to confirm.

Yes, we require a proof of delivery to ensure the safe delivery of your tires. If you won't be available to receive them, kindly ensure that someone will be present to receive them on your behalf.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and if you're unable to receive the tires, kindly give us a call in advance, and we will be happy to reschedule the delivery time.

We always strive to ensure that you receive the correct item, but unfortunately, mistakes can happen. If you do receive the wrong item, please don't worry. You can contact us by phone at 905-337-8266 and press 1 to report the issue. We will promptly send you the correct item as soon as possible.

The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials during the life of the original usable tread, or 1 year from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.

The warranty period is up to 1 year from the date of purchase or until 10,000 kms is worn down, whichever comes first.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have had a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All mounted tires are not eligible for a return.
  • For returns, please email info@toeetire.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return or you could call 905-337-8266.
  • Customers can either drop off the return items or we can arrange a pickup.
  • When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's account.

 

We offer a free replacement or return on all purchases failing to perform or damaged due to a material or manufacturing error.

To claim the warranty, present your tires and vehicle to Toee Tire or an authorized dealer, complete the Toee Tire Claim Form on our website, and email it to info@toeetire.com with pictures of the issues.

The policy does not specify the need for registration; however, Toee Tire warranties apply to all tires purchased from us with a complete Tire Identification number (DOT#).

The warranties are for the original purchaser only.

You would likely need to contact us directly with your purchase details and Tire Identification Number (DOT#) to check your warranty status.

You'll need the vehicle on which the tire was used, personal identification, vehicle registration, a completed Service Record form, Original Owner/Tire Installation information form, and your original invoice.

Improper repair materials or procedures can void the warranty, especially if they cause further damage to the tire.

The warranty does not cover mileage, irregular or rapid tread wear due to failure to rotate the tires, damage from incorrect mounting, misuse, damage from external sources like fire or theft, weather/ozone cracking after 1 year, and more as outlined in the policy.

We don't have warranty extend option.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept all kinds of secure payments.
  • We also accept offline payments via business check, bank draft & cash.
  • Pay upon Delivery is available in all our delivery areas. The driver will carry a mobile POS machine, and just simply ask for it.
  • By submitting the credit card authorization form, we can keep your payment information in our highly secured payment system. You only need to sign while receiving the orders. Click here to download the form

Note that there will be an extra 10% delivery fee for orders less than 2 pcs.

Bills are typically sent via email or can be accessed through an online account portal.

Also, the delivery driver will carry an invoice for you.

You can usually set up automatic payments by linking a bank account or credit card to your account. Simply call 905-337-8266 and press 2 to set up.

Your payment history is available in your online account under billing sections. If you require a billing statement, please contact 905-337-8266 press 2, someone will be assisiting on the request.

We apologize, but for security reasons, we are unable to process payments over the phone. If you wish to pay using your credit card, you will need to fill out a credit card authorization form, which will allow us to charge your card over the phone. Alternatively, you may choose to send us an email transfer via online banking.

If you have concerns about your bill, I suggest requesting a billing statement from us. This will give you a detailed overview of all transactions. If you identify any discrepancies, please give us a call at 905-337-8266 and press 2 to speak with a representative. We will work with you to either issue a refund or credit note, or address the issue in the appropriate manner.
